Submission Deadline:

The submission deadline is December 15 for consideration in the current year’s publication. The reading and judging period for each year begins in September and continues through February. Results will be sent to submitters by April. All works received after the December 15th deadline will simply be considered for next year’s issue.

Submission Preferences:

  • Prose pieces should not exceed 2,000 words.
  • Art submissions are to be sent via the Studio One submissions form.
  • Studio One does not accept more than four submissions per person in any one category.

All submissions sent to Studio One give Studio One the rights to publish in both its printed and digital publications.
