Abstract

Reconciliation with God, self, and community is somehow intrinsic to the formation of lay spirituality. The focus of this paper is to examine the spirituality of the laity within a community setting and determine the role reconciliation plays in the development of spirituality'within the community environment. The paper is divided into three sections. Each section explores how God and the individual make the Christian community and explores the possibility of reconciliation as the heart of spirituality.
