Abstract
With special guest Terrance Simien, a Zydeco musician with a Creole French background, CSB/SJU French Club hosts an in-depth discussion about linguistic oppression. The panel addresses ways they personally experienced this form of oppression, as well as offer ways they can remain open-minded and welcoming within their community.
