Abstract
The ELAC student organization (Exploring Latin American Cultures) hosts a public forum on the stakes of the 2016 elections. In recent years, Latino voters and activists have played an increasingly important role in U.S. elections, and this year is likely to be no different. While national polling data offers some general insight into voting preferences, issues and priorities for Latino communities in the U.S., this CSB/SJU forum provides a richer and more local access to some of those perspectives.
