Abstract

Cormac Quinn addresses how water pollution, deforestation, and social justice relate to food consumption, especially meat. He is an Environmental Studies major at St. John's University, lives in the EcoHouse community, is a board member of Climate Action Club, serves as the St. John's Sustainability Fellow, and created the Flynntown compost service. He's conducted research on recycling knowledge on campus, effective ways to communicate climate change information, and attitudes towards composting.
