Abstract

“In previous issues of this journal, Professors Dillard B. Tinsley and Charles W. Brown have outlined and clarified a proposal for the employment of human behavioral concepts by economists. This writer finds himself in wide agreement with the authors[…]There are, however, two areas where there may be a difference of opinion and more importantly where care needs to be taken lest we as economists leave important questions unanswered.”
