Abstract

This third Transfer Advocate Workshop is a community- building and training event for faculty and staff who serve as Transfer Advocates across the college and university. The event aims to deepen our knowledge and awareness of the strengths and needs of transfer students at CSB and SJU. It also intends to refine the development of our individual and institutional goals for supporting transfer student success.
