Abstract
Young people face many pressures to conform to the standards set by their peers or to take a challenge or dare. An area which young people face temptations and struggles is chemical use/abuse. It is often said that people use drugs and alcohol due to peer pressure. However, the substances are openly displayed daily in the media. What do young people think about this "pressure" from both peers and the media?
