Abstract

The Global Awareness Lecture series presented Dr. Ragui Assaad, professor of public affairs at the Humphrey Institute, who spoke on "Making Sense of Developments in Post-Revolution Egypt." Dr. Assaad's current research focuses on labor markets in the Arab world, with a particular focus on youth and gender issues as they relate to education, transition from school to work, employment, migration and family formation.
