Benedictine University's Student Life Division completed a semester-long process of revising its mission statement, identifying core principles to guide the student experience and articulating learning objectives to assess student learning through their co-curricular experience. This session will illustrate how the Benedictine Hallmarks serve as the foundation of the Eagle Engagement initiative, as well as how they have been made meaningful to the student experience through leadership development programs.
